Refund Policy

Initial Advisory Fee (₹99): Refund eligibility depends on the reason for cancellation or rejection. A refund may be approved if consultancy work has not started, or if rejection is not caused by incorrect/incomplete information, invalid documents, or non-cooperation from the applicant.

Balance Consultancy Fee (₹650): Charged after GSTIN issuance. Non-refundable once the GSTIN is issued and service delivery is completed.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be granted if rejection is due to incorrect information, fraudulent documents, or non-cooperation during the application process.

Private Consultancy: Legal Solution is not a government website or government-authorized portal. Service fees are for advisory and filing support only.
