By using Legal Solution's services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide private GST registration advisory, document review, application preparation, and filing support. We are not a government body, GSTN, government department, or government-authorized portal. You may apply directly through the government GST portal without using our paid service.

Payments

₹99 initial advisory fee is required to begin consultancy support. ₹650 balance consultancy fee is charged after GSTIN issuance. Government charges, if any, are separate and disclosed before payment.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and valid documents. You are responsible for the truthfulness of all submitted information.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee GSTIN issuance, approval, ARN generation, or a fixed processing timeline. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by GST department review, technical issues outside our control, or incorrect/incomplete information provided by you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
